Kettlebell Classes

 

Good Morning stretch (part of the warm up)

Currently, we offer Group Kettlebell Lifting Classes which vary from beginner to advanced levels. Class duration is 50-60 minutes.

CLASS TIMES
It is recommended that beginners attend one two-hour, or two one-hour private lessons prior to taking group classes.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m.– 6:15 p.m.

 

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

  • By Appointment Only: Morning & Weekend Times Available

CLASSES OFFERED AT PERFECTION FITNESS  -Located on the Southeast corner of Archibald and 7th (9125 Archibald Ave, Ste D  Rancho Cucamonga, Ca 91730)

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays:  7:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays:  Make-up classes by appointment only
