Performance Training

What separates you from your competition?
If you’re referring to a sport, the answer most likely is INTENSITY. “Speed kills.” …so what makes you faster? Efficient execution of good technique! I may not be directly involved in the learning of your technique; but when you need to EXECUTE at a high level is what I hope to help with.

How does this happen?
Train for power. No, I don’t mean “just do my top 5 favorite exercises.” I mean develop symmetry through increased range of motion, train in every plane of movement, and build your body from the center out and from the ground up.

Specificity refers to how the training directly affects the improvement of a given movement on the field. Heavy lifting has its place, and so does high-speed movement; but check this out: It’s not always just one or the other.

Very Knowledgeable and Motivating

"I am very impressed by Mike's knowledge and expertise. As a physical therapist with my doctoral degree, I can attest to the depth of his knowledge. Not only that, but he is excellent at teaching new skills. He is able to quickly spot areas that need improvement and will give exercises to target those areas. His training sessions are challenging, yet fun and creative. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, at any fitness level."

Excellent Technique, Excellent Instructor

"Mike is very technical and specific with his kettle bell instruction, which produces great results. He is very patient and tailors his training to each client, thereby maximizing your strengths and improving your weaknesses. And unlike most trainers, he works out with you! I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to get into shape--just like him!"
