Personal Training

This is Martha M. with a 28 kg bell! (around 60 lbs)

Every body and every mind is different; some will train for years, and some will benefit from learning new tricks and move forward at their own speed.

I encourage anyone to try one session – simply because actions speak louder than words; and this goes both ways. I can see that you’re willing to do the work, I can see with my own eyes how I might help you, and you can compare what you see with what you’ve seen or felt in the past. Of course, the amount of time that I potentially spend with a client depends on many factors – your goal, your timeframe, and your commitment to dietary or other lifestyle changes. I have athletes who will come to me for their pre-season prep every year, but many clients benefit from education and will learn to maintain or reach new goals on their own.

Call or email to set up your complementary consultation!

Session prices range from $53.oo  to as little as $40.oo for one-on-one training.  Small groups (2-4 people) are also available at a reduced cost.

Very Knowledgeable and Motivating

"I am very impressed by Mike's knowledge and expertise. As a physical therapist with my doctoral degree, I can attest to the depth of his knowledge. Not only that, but he is excellent at teaching new skills. He is able to quickly spot areas that need improvement and will give exercises to target those areas. His training sessions are challenging, yet fun and creative. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, at any fitness level."

Excellent Technique, Excellent Instructor

"Mike is very technical and specific with his kettle bell instruction, which produces great results. He is very patient and tailors his training to each client, thereby maximizing your strengths and improving your weaknesses. And unlike most trainers, he works out with you! I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to get into shape--just like him!"
